Our eCommerce system tells us when and how many times you’ve downloaded a kit. A download is classified as the moment you click the download button, which is where our system logs a download on your account.
We provide hassle free no questions asked refunds if you have not downloaded the kit, and the order was made under 48 hours ago. If the purchase was made 48 hours ago, or you have downloaded the kit no refunds will be given under any circumstances.
We can refund specific items in an order, or whole orders if you added something to the cart by mistake or for any reason. Just make sure you don’t download the kit you want refunds for, and contact us as soon as possible either via live chat or email.
We drop a kit every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Sometimes we might drop a kit on other days, although those three days are the main days we drop kits.
